Our client was tasked with managing the relocation of a V-VIP guest: the CEO of a national coffee chain moving to a penthouse apartment in Seattle. With a guest of this caliber, the stakes were incredibly high, and the margin for error was zero.

The client needed a partner they could trust implicitly to deliver a product and service that reflected the status of the guest. Unwilling to risk a crucial relationship on local vendors, they needed a solution that guaranteed perfection. The entire project, from the initial call to the CEO’s move-in day, had to be completed in just 16 days.

  • Warehouse Pre-Staging & Digital Twinning: To ensure perfection, we fully staged the entire penthouse—including all furniture, decor, and artwork—in our Fairfield warehouse. We took detailed reference photos and created design boards, building a complete blueprint for success.
  • Expert-Led On-Site Execution: We shipped the entire pre-staged package to Seattle. Our own Operations Manager flew to the site to personally oversee the installation, directing local movers with precision.
  • Remote Design Supervision: Using the reference photos, design boards, and live video calls with our Lead Designer Liz Laird, our manager executed the setup exactly as planned, staging the penthouse with the same meticulous detail as a luxury home for sale.
  • Full-Cycle Service: At the end of the lease, our Operations Manager returned to Seattle to manage the complete breakdown, packing, and return shipment, providing a true end-to-end service.
